Name: Doom II (Europe)
Developer(s): Torus Games
Release date(s): 2002
The first-person shooter game Doom II was originally released in 1994 and has been ported to the Game Boy Advance as Doom II. Torus Games was the company responsible for its creation, and Activision was the one who distributed it. The video game was first made available to the public on October 23, 2002.
The Game Boy Advance version of Doom II is a faithful port of the original game, containing all 20 of the game’s levels as well as all of the game’s enemies and weapons. Although the graphics have been shrunk in order to fit on the screen of the Game Boy Advance, they are still easily recognisable, and the game’s presentation is not impaired in any way. The sound quality has also been diminished, but it is still adequate for most purposes.
